Francesca is the  person behind the idea of an online wellness center where different healers can come together helping people on a long distance basis rather than in person.
She has been practicing long distance Reiki since June 2006 and she loves it. She thinks that long distance sessions are especially useful in situations where someone could not have been otherwise reached. She also sometime prefers long distance healing as she often sees a greater positive effect in particular on the recipient of such healing energy. She also finds the idea of not having to travel in order to receive treatment very Eco-friendly, no traveling required, less laundry required, overall less effort and less use of resources.
Francesca moved to Vancouver with her close family about 13 years ago. She is originally from Verona, Italy. She started learning Reiki with her mother in June 1999, that is when they both received their first level Reiki certificate. They both kept using Reiki in their private lives until a majorly sad event happened in Francesca's life that lead her to seek more Reiki training to further her knowledge in such a gentle and relaxing healing modality. So in June 2006 she received her second level Reiki certificate and then went on to receiving her Master level Reiki certificate in December 2007. She has been a member of the Canadian Reiki Association for the past few years as a Reiki Practitioner and she is currently working on becoming a registered Reiki Master Teacher with the Reiki association sometime in 2011. Her passion for healing has always been the driving force in all the courses and readings she constantly follows and reads with the final idea of one day being a successful Reiki and Reflexology teacher as well.
Francesca's has also submitted a Reiki story that was later published in the inspiring  book by Reiki Masters Tania Bakas and Tracy Lydiatt "Reiki Vibes" in 2009.  She truly enjoyed the touching and inspiring stories in the book and she feels honored that her not so well written story was still made part of it.
